Corrections, spec disputes, discontinued products, or a manufacturer publishing something we recorded as “Not published”. All of it is welcome.
This is the only address for this site. Anything claiming to be Rinse & Rail from a different address is not us.
The most useful thing you can send us
A correction that names the page and links the source. For example: “the SE600 page says no published wattage, but Brondell publishes it here.” That is a three-minute fix and it makes the site measurably better.
The four things we most want to hear about:
- A specification that is wrong. Every figure on this site is supposed to be traceable to a manufacturer’s published page. If one is not, that is a defect.
- A product that has been discontinued. Recommending something you cannot buy is the fastest way to waste a reader’s time.
- A figure we marked “Not published” that is in fact published. Several products are ranked down or made the skip pick because of missing documentation. If the documentation exists, the ranking should change.
- A renter-safe rating you think is wrong. The derivation is public at renter-safe ratings explained precisely so it can be argued with.
Things we cannot help with
Warranty claims and product faults. We are not a retailer and we have no relationship with any manufacturer here. Contact the seller or the manufacturer directly.
Plumbing or electrical advice for your specific home. We publish what manufacturers publish. We cannot tell you whether your particular shower arm will take a particular head, and guessing at a distance is how people crack tiles.
Medical questions. Several bidet questions are medical, and we do not answer them in our own voice on the site or in email. A clinician is the right person to ask.
Paid placement. There is none, and there will not be. See the affiliate disclosure.

Rinse & Rail is published by Fathom & Foundry. It is an online publication with no premises and no storefront, which is why there is no address or phone number on this page — there is not one to give, and inventing one would be the same class of failure as inventing a review.
